Meet the Team
Tarnia Roan
Tarnia Roan has been driving forward the vision for Mi-Guardian since the first contract we won with Dorset County Council. As the vision of Mi-Guardian has continued to evolve Tarnia has been at the forefront of all of the exciting and innovative changes we have made. During this journey Tarnia has been ably supported by colleagues from across the Millbrook Healthcare group including those in from Dorset HIA, Customer Service and from our Field Service Engineers.
Deb Knowles
A registered Occupational Therapist, Deb is responsible for the Clinical and Operational Leadership of the ARC and Service Centres, her knowledge of TEC allows her to guide colleagues on the best solutions for a Person.
Emma McCrindle
Emma joined the Worcester Tec team after a long career with a large energy provider. Joining the team has meant that Emma can put her experience of caring for people into training and mentoring her team to alway put our service users first.
With a particular focus on the support and guidane given to colleagues to ensure that all our service users get the care and attention they need to ensure succesful outcomes in some challenging circumstance.
Emma views her colleagues as her work family and it is evident to see how important being part of that work family is to Emma.
Emma
Following a career in exhibitions and event management that was brought to an end by the Covid-19 pandemic Emma joined our contact centre team. Initially working within the finance team Emma is now working in our Customer Service Team where she loves catching up with our service users and helping them out with their queries.
Zoe
A career in banking led Zoe to our customer service team in Worcester. Zoe particularly enjoys knowing that she is making a difference to someone's day, whether it's by reassuring them help is on the way or letting them know there is someone looking out for them.
Lisa
A background in logistics helps Lisa remain calm under pressure whilst dealing with our service users & letting them know that help is on it's way. Being part of a caring community is hugely important to Lisa as well as being part of the work family.
Jude
Jude maybe one of our younger team members but she feels great empathy for all our service users and loves hearing about the different ways people live their lives & who they were before they were 'old'.
Sally
Sally joined our team after a career with a global parcel delivery service. Sally loves being part of a team where she genuinely believes they make a difference to their service users, whether that's being the only person they've spoken to or letting them know help is on it's way.
Buchi
Buchi has found her perfect job as she loves to talk and is therefore really happy chatting with our service users. As one of our newest recruits Buchi has fitted in with the team and is well established as part of the work family.
Katie
Katie joined our team after working in a cardiology ward within the NHS. Katie has loved the variety and interesting calls that we take and the rapid learning curve that comes with talking to such a varied group of people.
